The chefs at Karavalli continue to delight diners with exceptional meals inspired by the cuisine of the Bunts of Mangalore, the Coorgies, the Malayalees, and the Portuguese of Goa using the wealth of local spices, red chilies, coconut, pepper, fresh fish, meats and vegetables of the coast.
