PgMP application can be filled at PMI website www.pmi.org. 

The following information required to be filled up in the application and you should be ready with details:-

1. Personal Information – Name, Phone No, Email ID
2. Contact Information – Home and Work addresses
3. Education details – Name of school/college/university, Address, Field of study
4. Organization information
5. Option to select PDU cycle (only 60 PDUs needed to renew both PMP and PgMP)
   1. Option A – PMP renewal date will be set to newly acquired PgMP renewal cycle
   2. Option B – Renewal of PgMP credential will happen with renewal of PMP credential
6. Project experience – At least 6000 hours of project management experience. You can go back to 15 years to show this experience. Following details needed for each project
   1.  Job title
   2. Company name
   3. Company address
   4. Contact person name, email and phone
7. Program experience – At least 6000 hours of program management experience. You can go back to 15 years to show this experience. Following details needed for each program:
   1. Hours by performance domains – strategic alignment, benefits management, stakeholder engagement, governance and life cycle management
   2. Details of projects under program – name of project, project manager, relationship with project manager
8. Answers to five program management experience questions – One question in each performance domain. It is very important to give appropriate answer in line with expectation from PMI since this will be reviewed in Panel review and may be rejected if not up to mark. If rejected, you will have one more chance to submit revised answers.
